December dining adventure: Burger and Barrel

Hi everyone, as we are approaching the end of 2011, I have been reflecting back upon what I have learned this year. Among other things, I realized how difficult being a professional food critic must be; whether that means eating out 2 or 3 meals a day or consuming an endless amount of hamburgers.
